Red beans, green leafy vegetables, and dried beans are the good sources of iron. You also need to check your body by your doctor.

6. If there is somebody ask you to do something, say, "I have to check my schedule and give you answer later." This allows you to have time to think about and decide if the thing you really want to do or will just waste your time and energy.
7. Write down all the persons you are angry with and write a letter of forgiveness to each of them. Care about the pasts will just waste your energy. You can not change others even though you take a great effort, but you can try to accept them. It is not necessary for to send the letter to them. It is enough to write.
8. Checked your thyroid. If your body does not produce enough thyroid hormone, you might be tired. You can have a blood test that will tell you. If you feel cold and constipation, you might do not have enough thyroid.
